daily in the pit, located at the side of the building in the "BONEYARD."

the finest hardwoods like oak, hickory, apple and mesquite to slowly smoke
our meats until they are tender and succulent. We use a special blend
of seasoning and spices for our dry rub and our fabulously large pork
ribs are specially ordered from Smithfield Farms in Virginia. Our commitment
to quality and authenticity will provide you with a total Bar-B-Q experience.
