In order to serve the freshest and highest quality smoked meat and poultry we only smoke enough for one day at a time ~ so sometimes we run out of a few items. Get it while it lasts!!! No MSG or Nuts used. We use 100% Canola Oil for frying.

We are introducing dining under the stars in our all new "Boneyard" with candles on each table. Limited space for approximately 30 guest. Reservations requested.
